HOW WE SET SAIL

OUR APPROACH

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, enjoying a getaway with friends, planning a family holiday, hosting a wedding, or organizing a corporate event, our mission is to help you discover new horizons and create memories that last a lifetime aboard our luxurious yachts.

1: Submit your Inquiry

Once we receive your inquiry, a Memorii representative will reach out to you to discuss your needs in more detail to ensure we have all the information required to curate your charter experience.

2: Confirm Dates & Pricing

We will confirm date availability and pricing for your preferred yacht, and consult with you to lock in your dates for your charter.  A 48-hour hold will be placed on the dates, and a contract will be issued to you.

3: Review and Sign

Guest(s) will have 48-hours to review and sign the contract.

We utilize the world standard contract of yacht chartering, specifically the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) contract, which has also been adopted by the American Yacht Charter Association. The contract is a standard, and cannot be amended by the guest.
